Risk Assessment and Problem Solving (RAPS) workshop

RICPHI has been organizing a series of workshops using the Risk Analysis and Problem Solving (RAPS) methodology with staff representatives of different cadres of employees for multiple institutions within the Ramaiah group since June 2021. These workshops have highlighted the participants’ perspectives on various bottlenecks to end user experience of quality care at the Ramaiah group, critical barriers to an enabling environment for the healthcare providers to provide the best quality of care services and proposed multiple strategies to address them.

RICPHI has pioneered this concept of RAPS and has been successfully using this methodology to integrate innovation thinking and consensus building among the participants through a set of structured and systematic steps while ensuring an informal and trust building environment for participants to nurture each others' ideas towards solving a complex problem at the same time.
So far the workshops have garnered considerable interest from within the campus and have led to creation of an innovative approach for employee engagement.
