Dr. Ruchi Vaidya

Assistant Professor, Nutrition

Dr. Ruchi is a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara, Gujarat. She has worked with stalwarts in the field of medicine and public health including working at the reputed Dr. V. Mohan’s, Madras Diabetes Research Foundation in Chennai. She has also served as a Lecturer at M.S. University, Vadodara where she trained young minds in Nutrition. Prior to joining RICPHI, Dr. Ruchi served as Research Consultant to Public Health Institute, California where she was involved in rigorous literature review on the status of adolescent health in India.
