Karen is a nursing graduate who completed her Masters in Public Health from Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences in 2022. Her clinical experience comprises of postings in multiple departments, including OB/GYN in Cloud Nine Hospital and the Psychiatric ward in Spandana Hospital, Bangalore. Prior to joining RICPHI as a 'Consultant- Research Fellow- MHSSP', Karen worked as a Research Associate with Manbhum Ananda Ashram Nityannada Trust (MANT), Kolkata. Karen brings in formidable strengths, both, in qualitative and quantitative research methods along with systematic review. Karen will be posted in the RICPHI office in Shillong for the Meghalaya Health Systems Strengthening Project (MHSSP)
